Stitch Wizard, LLC

Screen printing is a technique that uses a mesh screen to apply ink onto a garment. The process starts by creating a stenciled screen that allows for selective ink application to the fabric. Each color in the design needs a separate screen to ensure accurate placement of ink in the intended areas. Screen printing has become the standard method for customizing t-shirts and other apparel.

This method is ideal for:

• Large, high-volume orders

• Unique or oversized print areas

• Single-color prints, such as text or logos

• Specialty or special effect inks

What's your minimum?

Our minimum order for printing shirts is 24 pieces.

How much does printing cost?

The pricing can vary significantly based on several factors, including the quantity you’re ordering, the complexity of the printing (for example, one color on the front only versus two colors on the front and three colors on the back), and the type of shirt you choose. There is no standard price. Please contact us for a custom quote!

How do I get pricing?

Please visit our Contact page to submit your information, and we’ll respond promptly with a price! While providing quotes via email is preferred, we can also offer quotes over the phone. If you’d rather, we can take your information and research your needs before emailing you a price.

What are your set up fees?

We do not charge any screen-making fees or ink-mixing fees for our retail customers, which helps save them a significant amount of money. Unlike other screen printing shops, we aim to avoid nickel-and-diming our customers.

The only fee we currently charge is for changing ink colors during the printing process. For example, if you order 50 white shirts and want 25 printed with red ink and the other 25 with blue ink, we will need to pause the production and set up for a new color. Each ink change costs $20.

How do people pay?

Once we come up with a price and you’re ready to go, we will send you an invoice via PayPal.  We require payment before starting.

What kind of artwork do you need?

Please ensure that the file you submit is crisp and clean. If you’re providing a Photoshop, PNG, SVG, or JPG file, it should be at actual print size and have a resolution of 300 dpi. In other words, it needs to be large and clear, not blurry or messy.

We prefer files in vector format, such as Illustrator, EPS, or PDF. This format is ideal for screen printing because it produces sharp edges, which are essential for creating the stencil in the screen printing process.

What if my artwork meet you specifications?

Don’t worry about it. Simply send it to us, and we’ll clean it up for free or at a low cost.

Can I call you to talk about my order?

Yes, please! I would prefer  803-233-4000.  Between  9 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

What if I don't even have artwork?

We can help create your ideas! Our team includes various graphic designers.

How long does an order take?

Once you have completed your payment for your order, we can begin sourcing the necessary blank shirts, hoodies, or other items. Generally, these items arrive within 1-2 business days. However, some products, particularly certain American Apparel items, may take up to a week to arrive. Typically, we ship orders within one to two weeks. However, please note that larger or more complex orders, as well as those that require blank items with longer shipping times, may take longer to process.
